KM Property Management will collect rent from tenants using the following payments methods: picking up the payment in person or via online payments.

Rent will be collected once a month, on the first day of the month. Different payment frequencies and due dates can be arranged and determined upon request.

A grace period of five days after the expected payment date will be granted, and after that, late rental fees will apply.
